Mint Leaf: Mint leaves are green refreshing vegetable with characteristic taste and fragrance. Nature keeps a magical remedy for many disorders in these tiny leaves. Mint leaves contain variety of nutrients ranging from vitamin to minerals. Mint leaves are very good for digestion.
