Grapes

Grapes: Grapes are small bean like fruits available in various types like red grapes and common green grapes. Grapes are cultivated in many parts of world and well know fruit. Grapes have many health benefits like other fruits have.

They contain large amounts of antioxidants, vitamins and probiotic agents. Antioxidants are natural substances, which fight very dangerous free radicals in body; free radicals are highly charged particles and they react with different tissues in our body, damage them, and cause aging of cells. The unique characteristic of grapes is that if taken before bedtime.

They cause very sound sleep. They have anti-inflammatory effects too and are very beneficial in inflammatory skin and joint disorders. they contain high fiber content and should be advised to eat in disorders like constipation, high blood cholesterol levels, high blood pressure etc. the amazing fact is that  diabetic people can also eat it  as compared to other fruits which have high sugar content.

This is because grapes have low glycemic index between 45 and 55, which means they do not raise blood sugar levels and minimize insulin resistance, which is found in diabetes. They have high water content also along with minerals and make skin healthy. they are of special concern in beauty because numerous vitamins and minerals in this great fruit makes skin and body figure perfect because it maintains weight and give supple and beautiful looks to overall body.
